Had a 10:00 service appointment. I arrived at the service shop at 9:30. I had an oil change, check my driver seat and a car wash. I didn't leave the dealership until after 1:30. The service writer gave me the oil change as complimentary. It should never have taken 4 hrs. I do have to return for my seat issue. Because they have to order a part. I wonder how long that will take for them to install it, once the part arrives

I would not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach based on my experience. I sold my vehicle to the dealership and was told I would receive payment within 7–10 days. Weeks later, I was still waiting for my check and repeatedly had to follow up for updates. I was continually told the title delay was “out of their control,” but that should have been communicated upfront instead of making promises that couldn’t be kept.
