I was very uncomfortable. When I was test driving the car, the salesman kept talking to me about Jesus and asking what my thoughts were on sin and why I am not sure of my belief in God. I would not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach based on my experience. I sold my vehicle to the dealership and was told I would receive payment within 7–10 days. Weeks later, I was still waiting for my check and repeatedly had to follow up for updates. I was continually told the title delay was “out of their control,” but that should have been communicated upfront instead of making promises that couldn’t be kept.

Brought my mazda in because the paint job on my hood was fading, getting weird spots. Tom took me right in without an appointment and his team was able to buff out the spots. They were all friendly and helpful. Which is rare; people are rarely kind and friendly anymore. Grateful for their help.

After a very difficult start—which included verbal harassment from a former staff member and significant pricing discrepancies—David reached out to me personally to rectify the situation. He took immediate, decisive action, including terminating the employee involved and addressing and explaining the fee structures I had encountered and some which he made known to me on the phone, were optional and could be removed.

Didn't end up buying a vehicle, b/c my wife couldn't make her mind up on exactly what she wanted. I have to say the customer service from Keith was impeccable. My grandson and I had the best buying experience ever at this dealership managed by David Oshrey. It was relatively quick without any pressure to buy gap or warranties. I highly recommend buying a car here!! Down the road we had an issue with the tag because of an error ny the salesman, who is no longer there. But Claudia overnights the correct tag..thank you!! And David was kind, caring and helpful in other ways. This is a dealership that puts customer needs over profits in my opinion. I will DEFINITELY get my next car here

I purchased a used rangmrover form you guys and was told you will service any car purchased there or not. I had great service experience with regards to my Range Rover. I called today to ask for a quote on breaks and tires and a battery for my 2019 bentayga. The service person was rude and told me it was 18k for the breaks alone. the service person was really extra nasty. you should prob look into that as this person should not be talking to any customers.
