I recently bought a car at this dealership and had a great experience. Steban was my car salesman and he was so easy to work with. He doesn't talk your ear off which is a huge plus in my book. My husband and I drove over from Fort Myers to purchase my vehicle, and Keith made the experience a very positive one from beginning to end. He was professional, friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle before we left. He walked me through the features, helped connect my phone, and made sure everything was set up for the drive back home. I also mentioned that I was thinking about getting pizza before heading back to Fort Myers, and Keith gave us a great local recommendation, which was a nice personal touch. The biggest downside was the amount of waiting involved. We had already submitted the credit application before arriving, so I did not expect the process to take as long as it did before getting into Finance. I also found the interaction with Dan in Finance somewhat off-putting, which took away from an otherwise very good experience. Overall, Keith is what made the experience stand out for me. I would definitely recommend Mazda of West Palm Beach to anyone looking for their next vehicle, and I would specifically recommend asking for Keith.

Despite a long wait and a disappointing finance-office interaction, Mr. Eric Lewanda's professionalism and especially Mr. Keith Lincoln’s outstanding attention to detail and customer service made the overall experience worthy of five stars. PROS: Keith Lincoln was exceptional from the moment we arrived. After a much longer drive than expected, he made sure we had water, offered us time to regroup, and remained attentive throughout the process. What stood out most was his attention to detail in helping my wife get familiar with her new vehicle. While we waited for finance, he walked her through the CX-5’s features, helped set up Android Auto, and made sure she was comfortable with everything before leaving. He even brought her snacks during the long wait and recommended a local pizza place when she mentioned wanting food afterward. Those small details made a real difference. I also appreciated Eric’s professionalism during our negotiations. I was very clear about what it would take to justify driving from Fort Myers, and he ultimately worked with us to make the numbers worthwhile. CONS: The biggest issue was the wait. We spent more than two hours waiting for finance despite having negotiated the deal beforehand and submitting the credit application the previous day. THE BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a car at Mazda of Palm Beach and felt the need to leave a review after my fantastic experience. Initially, I met and took a test drive with Steban. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly did NOT pressure me in any way. I returned once more for a second drive and called Steban a few times with questions. He was very attentive and helpful. The purchase was as even easier as the Sales Manager, Eric, was upfront and played no games whatsoever. In fact, it was the most casual, non-stressful car purchase I have ever made. They really made every effort to meet me where I needed to be to be able to purchase the car. In the final phase, Richie helped me finish the paperwork and introduced me to the Car in detail. Unfortunately I fell in love with a different truck on the lot. I'm a Chevy guy so I chose the second one but Shane was totally awesome and professional. Now to end this review, I would like to thank Dan for all the good stuff that he pulled me through. I praised them both through this whole process. Matter of fact, everybody in the building. The insurance ladies were awesome. The lady in the service Bay. I just can't even come up with enough words to say but great experience. I will definitely do business again
